Admission process and formalities

Admission Criteria

Admissions are based on an interview with both the parents and the child, and are granted according to the following criteria:

  • First Come, First Served basis.
  • The child should be at least 2 years old.
  • Parents are encouraged to visit the nearby campus to experience the quality of education we provide.
  • Parents must accompany the child at the time of admission.
  • Admission process guidelines will be provided by a team member at the registration desk.
  • We welcome children in the age group of 2 to 8 years for admission at various educational levels.

Documents Required

Admissions are based on an interview with both parents and the child. Junior school admission is granted based on the following criteria:

  • A birth certificate as proof of age from a civic body is required at the time of registration.
  • A photocopy of the Aadhar card or passport.
  • Eight passport-sized photographs of the child must be submitted at the time of admission.
  • Parents may also take a tour of the school to understand how the little ones are nurtured with care, love, and attention.
  • School uniforms and shoes are available through our approved vendors. Further details will be provided at the school office.

We follow the MM Junior activity-based method, tailored to the child's age and environment. Our primary focus is on the children, with activities designed around their needs. These activities aim to clarify concepts and address various developmental areas, such as sensory refinement, motor skills, and the development of art and dance.
In the initial stage, the child is made to feel comfortable in school by using both languages (Hindi and English) to help them express themselves. Gradually, the child is trained to speak in English, as it is the requirement of the time.
Yes, specially designed activity books are used according to the age group of the children. These books are filled with exciting activities for the kids.
Children undergo extensive practice through a series of mock interactive sessions held regularly. This helps build confidence in them. Additionally, experienced and qualified faculty members provide expert counseling to parents as well.

The school timings are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, six days a week (Monday to Saturday) for students. The office remains open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Parents can meet the class teacher on Saturdays by prior appointment.
The specially designed, colorful uniform is recommended. This tradition fosters a strong sense of community at the school, while also ensuring that children are neat and well-groomed.
The child is welcome to join MM Junior according to the following age groups:
  • Play Group: 1.5 - 2 years
  • Nursery: 2 - 3 years
  • K.G - I : 3 - 4 years
  • K.G - II : 4 - 5 years
  • Grade 1: 5 - 6 years
  • Grade 2: 6 - 7 years
  • Grade 3: 7 - 8 years
  • Grade 4: 8 - 9 years
  • The academic year at this school runs from April to March. Admissions may also be taken in other months, depending on seat availability.
  • A birth certificate (issued by the civic body) is required as proof of age at the time of registration.
  • A photocopy of the Aadhar Card or Passport is required.
  • Eight passport-sized photographs must be submitted at the time of registration.
  • Written and verbal tests will be conducted for students above the age of 3.
